New York state investigators targeting systemic tax fraud have charged an upstate lawyer with tax evasion.

According to Department of Taxation and Finance officials, Rochester. N.Y., attorney Harvey Bunis, 61, has been charged with four felony counts of repeated failure to file personal income tax returns between 2002 and 2007. He faces a maximum of four years behind bars.
